I recently found out about a female entrepreneur, influencer, and full-time blogger, Elaine Rau, who is the founder of LadyBossBlogger.

In my case, since my main goal is to do what I am passionate about the most, which is blogging and to be able to do it full-time and earn a residual monthly income from it, I recently decided to invest my time in the Making Money Blogging Course. 

Just to give you guys a quick little background about my blog, The Cultured Local, I actually started this page about four years ago.

The reason why I started it was because I wanted to have an outlet where I can share my experiences from dining at restaurants, traveling, or visiting unique and local places in Miami and Florida. 

My main goal behind it was to encourage locals to explore the city and try out new things. 

In addition, I also wanted to write about topics that I am extremely passionate about and showcase my content and love for photography as well.

Reaching Your Goals Doesn’t Always Come Easy

While I have been blogging for a while now and have received a few sponsorship opportunities here and there, along with several brand partnerships, I haven’t really gotten to the point where I am making a steady monthly income from my blog to be completely honest. 

The challenge for me has been trying to find a balance between my regular full-time job and my blog which for now has been my side hustle and hobby.

Aside from that, I also came to the realization that there is so much to do for my blog, and it’s going to require a lot of time, sacrifice, and effort on my part to really take it to the next level.

Just for that reason, it has made me feel super overwhelmed and unsure of exactly where to start or what step to take first. 

However, since I made investing more into my blog one of my main goals for 2020, I couldn’t have been happier (and lucky enough) to have come across LadyBossBlogger at just the right time!

Diving into the Course 

What I like about the Making Money Blogging Course is that you can actually go at your own pace (since it’s a lot of content to go through), so whether it takes you weeks or months to complete that is totally up to you! 

Plus, it’s already broken down into 16 sections in the order that is recommended and it’s easy to follow, keep up with, and it allows you to go back to review a previous section. 

So far what I have learned from the course is about the importance of knowing and discovering your “why” and about being able to differentiate your passion from your purpose. 

This is so important because as Elaine Rau says in the course, “In order to become successful in life, you must get to know your habits, desires, motivations, and strengths REALLY WELL.”

I have also learned about the five steps to incorporate blogging into one’s everyday routine which is extremely crucial and helpful to me since I had mentioned earlier that one of my biggest challenges was trying to find the time to balance my day time job with my blog business.

Additionally, I also learned about some amazing tools and apps that I didn’t know about before that can help me with everything from automation to scheduling to design templates and more! 

I have only just gotten started with this course, but I honestly can’t wait to get through all of the curriculum and see some positive results and growth take place! 

I have actually seen many other influencers and bloggers like myself take the LadyBossBlogger course and achieve some really great and positive results like landing 20 paid brand partnerships in one week and getting a 400% increase in traffic to their site so I am super excited for what lies ahead!!
